Privacy notice
How information is used to support your account, introductions and platform workflows.
Information you provide
When you use an account, Introducers stores your platform identity, contact details, profile, organization information, preferences and activity needed to operate your workspace. Introductions may contain customer contact information, business needs, permission confirmations, notes and supporting documents. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
How information is used
Information supports account access, provider review, offer enrollment, referral tracking, learning progress, support, fulfillment coordination, financial recordkeeping and platform security. Your information is not automatically made public. Public referral links display the referring partner’s name and organization where provided.
Who can access records
Access depends on the record and role. You can access your own workspace records. A provider assigned to an opportunity can access information needed to evaluate or fulfill it. Platform administrators can access records for operation, support, review and reconciliation. Authentication is provided by ChatGPT. Hosted application infrastructure processes data necessary to run the service.
Referral links and local storage
Referral links can preserve a referral code through account creation and sign-in. Where configured, a first-party cookie records the referring partner. The platform may use browser storage for interface preferences. Authentication cookies are managed by the hosting authentication service.
Financial information
The platform maintains commission and payout records. In the current operating workflow, an administrator records a payout after it has been completed through an external payment process. The platform does not initiate bank transfers or require banking credentials for this recordkeeping flow.
Data accuracy and customer permission
Before sharing someone else’s details, obtain the appropriate permission and provide only the information needed for the introduction. Keep contact information and business context accurate. If permission is withdrawn or information needs correction, notify the responsible provider and open a support request.
Retention, access and deletion
Records are retained while needed to operate the service, maintain commercial and accounting history, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, export or deletion through an authenticated support conversation. Some historical records may need to be retained where a legitimate contractual, accounting or legal requirement applies.
Security and limitations
The platform uses authenticated access, role-based record access and protected file delivery. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a secure account, protect your sign-in session, and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in messages or uploaded files.
Privacy requests and updates
Open a privacy or data request through Contact & support while signed in so the team can verify the request. This notice may be updated as the platform and its operating processes evolve. The effective date below identifies this version.
